Recipie, 2009 years winner

I should try to bake this one if I have time :) It looks fun and a little bit different

Chocolatecake with Cinnamon- and cardamomfudge

Chocolate cake

2 eggs
3 dl sugar
1 1/2 dl flour
1 dl cacao
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
100 g butter

Cinnamon- and cardamomfudge

1,5 dl cream
1 teaspoon honey or light syrup
2 cinnamons
1 teaspoon cardamom
200 g milk chocolate

Whip eggs and sugar. Blend the dry ingredients separately and put in the whipped eggs and sugar. Melt the butter and blend it down.

Put the cake mixture in a buttered and breadcrumbled tin. Bake in the lower part of the oven for 18 minutes in 175 degrees.

Mix the cinnamon and the cardamom with a mortar. Cook cream, honey and spices. Remove the pot from the heat and let the cream stay for about 10 minutes. Chop the chocolate. Cook the cream again and put the chocolate in it. Blend until the fudge is smooth, and then put it on top of the cake. After that put it in the refridgerator to cool for a bit.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream :)
