pear pizza

Recipie (2 pizzas)

You need:

Pizza dough;
3 teaspoons dry yeast
5 cups spelled flour
1 tablespoon crushed flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups water

On the pizza:
6 pears
flake salt
black pepper
300g chèvre cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons liquid honey
fresh thyme


Start like this:
Mix yeast, flour, flaxseed and salt together. Add honey, oil and warm water. Make the dough flexible and put on ferment for 45 minutes.

Roll the dough out to two pizzas, as thin as possible, and put them on 2 plates. Put the oven on 250 degrees. Brush the pizza-bottoms with olive oil.

Now slice the pears thin after peeling them. Put them on the pizza-bottoms and add a lot of salt and pepper on top. Crumble chèvre cheese all over the pizzas. Then add the walnuts and drizzle honey on it. Top with fresh thyme and a little olive oil. Not let it be in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve together with argula. Bon apetit ;)
